you think they'll be ok?

I went against my own advice and followed the actual instructions on the fox farm bag...
It was the green bag of fox farm "all purpose" feed.
My plants are all between 1 - 3 ft so the instructions says 1 cup. So thats what I did.
I think they might be choked up slightly from it.. I should have used a third like I tell other people.
any suggestions welcome.

Worse comes to worse if you REALLY think they are going to start dying I’d suggest flushing a bit out

I think they're starting to take it.
Also I went ahead and overwatered them so now the leaves are all wrinkled at the growth sites.
I got this.
