True Grit, can you elaborate a bit on your organic coco regimen? Very interested to hear more about organic coco feeding... I've been getting tempted lately to do a soil room, but if you can get that organic flavor and smell from coco I'm in! Sick nugs too bro, your plants look real healthy.
I'd just stick with something like Canna or B'cuzz, something you're not going to need to worry about flushing... As for pre-charging the medium; don't bother it's not necessary.. I don't normally start feeding calmag for the first week or so anyway. Like everyone else has already said, just...
LOL< I had the same problem. I had some in 3 gals that would dry out halfway thru the light cycle and they'd almost tip over. I had to make a ring around them with some fencing to support them.
i've looked at many, but haven't seen much about people using small smart pots w/ coco, it seems like most opt for larger 10+ gal size. I've had great luck with smaller pots and was just curious if there are many others who opt to use smaller pots with big plants.
Just curious if anyone here has tried growing a big bush / tree in a small pot (5gallons or less)? If so, what strain was it, how long of a veg time, what did you use for lighting, and how was your yield? Post pics if you have any.
I need to know what size/type of wire to buy at home depot later today. Here's what I'm doing... I want to run the power cord for my sentinel hph8 light controller about 50' to my dryer plug downstairs. That woul be so much easier than relocating a 220v socket to my upstairs. Is it safe first of...
What does the rest of the plant look like? New growth still healthy? To me it does look like a P deficiency. Let's see what some others have to say too.
To clarify, the avid was used on my mothers to try
And stop the infestation before
It gets outta control. I do take every precaution when using the shit, turn off fans wear tyvek chemical resistant suit, respirator, gloves etc... I wasn't asking how to use avid or floramite. I said I doubled...
Last night I sprayed some avid @ 2.5ml/gal, I don't know what I was thinking with the dose when I mixed it up. Anyhow, today everything except my og's is looking good, the og is getting some ruffled leaves and a lighter green new growth a bit of purpling in the veins as well. Looks almost...
word... if yours are looking as good as your bro's I wouldn't change anything up too much. I used to be into using a shit ton of nutes but over time and after some failures I've found the KISS method to work best for me and everyone else I know. It's when you start adding all the extra shit that...
I have tried coco with and without perlite. I really haven't seen any difference though so now I just just 100% bcuzz coco and water daily. I guess if you're looking to water more often than once a day adding perlite would be a good idea imo.
