I keep training and stretching them, and seeing some good growth. Going to let them start to stretch a bit I. The coming weeks.

did i hear you say you are in the northeast. i am also, but in canada.i,m presuming you mean northeast usa.sounds like you probably have close to the same growing conditions. i'm about as low in canada as you can go.slightly higher latitude than maine, but would be almost exactly the same weather.i have to put up with rain, hurricanes, hail and the goddamn mold. fight it every year but i have been trying to establish mothers that will finish in this climate.it's a trade off. i can get plants that finish really early[ not autos just fast finishers]but the harvest is small on these plants so you have to plant a lot of them.usually i go with strains that finish around the end of sept.[timewarp and blueberry are a couple]sometimes if you can get through the sept rains without too much mold they will go for another month, but that,s rare .usually end up cursing and having to pull some earlier than anticipated. i've put up a 20x24 greenhouse this year so i'll try to finish the potted ones off in there.the ones in the ground plots dont seem to have as many rot issues as the potted ones.go figure.anyway good luck, looks like you've got a great jump on this year's crop.

Yes we are very close. And same conditions. I also aim for same harvest time Nd have to grow many in order to be successful.

Just a quick shot of the garden and some nicely done submissions. I try and train every couple days, really looking to get some width out of these, as I know they will shoot up in time given the chance.

looking really good . how many times did you top these?i've only trained one of my plants this year and will be doing it to the rest of them . it makes such a huge difference.have you had frost?we have had 3 killer frosts so far in june , wiped out most of the blueberry and strawberry crops.didn't put mine out yet. want to be sure about the frost before i dare . i'll check forecast today as it was looking good after last nite.never had frost like this in june.bet alot of people got screwed.i put them out in the sun everyday so the're already hardened off.just need the weather to cooperate!good luck ,looks like you're off to a great start.

Some updates shots of the garden and a couple shots of individuals. I flushed yesterday and have been treating for bugs, only had a couple plants that “may” have had them but I decided I couldn’t risk a big loss and treated them all. Been on a rotating regiment and things are looking great. I sprayed with procrop1 again tonight , and I wish I had taken some shots before the sun went down, it’s amazing how the leaves drop with the sun and pray so hard when it’s up.

First shot has a little predator that was hanging out, I’m sure he will dip but hey I’ll take any defenses I can find that are organic lol

The first row are recovering from possible bugs. All new growth looks good and no signs currently. I’ll treat these differently, possibly just pull them or move them

This is what Vermont can expect for the rest of the growing season- 76 more days of vegging!!!!! Summer solstice has passed and it’s on like donkey Kong. 120 days till when I harvested last year and pretty close to the last 6 I have kept track of (kinda of lol).

lookin good man .hows your weather so far this spring? we've had more frosts than i have ever seen.killed alot of crops . fortunately not mine. almost had frost last nite - down to 1 degree, so close. damn global warming.i always say you only get out what you put in and it looks like you're putting alot of work into this ,so the harvest should be plenty.best of luck.

I agree it’s all about what you put in and I want to pull at least 1/3 more than last year. It got cold last night, not sure how cold but no frost. We have some hot weather headed this way and from looking at my plants I think they are ready to take off!!!our weather is some of the hardest to contend with, but after many years I’m hoping I’m starting to figure it out

The weather has been insane, can be 80s durring the day and low 50s at night. Lots of rain recently, basically looks like full flush on the garden lol. I’m battling hard water inside and nuts lockout indoors, same water for both, butt he rain flushings on the outdoor has caused less lock out and much more vigorous growth. This explains some of the lock out issues I saw last year at the end of the season when we had less rain. I can see some pretty amazing growth currently

Does anyone know about 11 pointed leaves? All of the seeds I picked up in Jamaica have these very different leaves. Never had a plant quite like these, really wish I knew what it was genetically related to for strains. They have so many things particular to them that I don’t see with any of th other strains I’m running now and some things I haven’t seen in 20 years

Looks like it’s happening, lots of splitting going on - can’t beat the plants topping themselves with no lost time to repair

Look at that! From one- now there is two- and man does this stem seem like a pipeline for nutrients.

Finally a shot of the mini male garden. Currently one Jamaican and one of my personal strain and one shitty ass bunk that I’ll prob pull before I breed it.

So today I removed all the males that showed preflowers or full claw. It’s always a sad day, like breaks my heart every time. Always the biggest and best, oh well better to remove now.
