What do you mean? All the measures are on the drawing in mm. The problem is the wall thickness of 6mm at 85mm length. No way this thing doesn't deform.

Yeah I get to programm, setup and do all the work by myself. Always have been. I couldn't push the button all day long. It'd drive crazy.

Had a shitty thing to do yesterday

That was a 950mm (37.4") diameter and 37mm (1.46") thick disk on a 70mm (2.76") diameter shaft. Had to face both sides and get them parallel from 0.65mm outrun down. Got it to 0.06mm.
