Not bad grow, 3000 watts, 4×8×5 tall inside peak taller

Any tricks to keep humidity high and temp low would be appreciated, I'm looking for low Mediterranean temps, humidity 40 to 60%, the higher I lift my lights the hotter it gets cuz the heat doesnt dissipate...
