Cannabis shop owner knows I'm growing?

Hey guys, I've been growing 4 plants for some time now and I went into cannabis shop to look for some better equipment and I have told the girl that I'm growing 4, tho she knows my mom very well but as a lot of people always mention not to tell even to your best friend. Now I'm concerned, she owns the shop and gave me a lot of advice's how to grow, do you think there's a chance/danger that she will tell someone and I be gettin caught? Thanks!

There is always risk when ANYONE knows. More than likely, though, your local shop wants you to succeed and come spend money. The risk is low unless there is a reason for them to betray you.

Yeah true tho I completely trust my family members, only concerned about that shop own tho i think its just like you said the risk is low :D I barely know her dont think she'l ever have a reason hehe :)
I was generally wondering, are those shop owners paid by police or is police surveiling the shops or something like that? Is there any prof that they've been collaborating with police at all? Thanks! :D

I don't think police have the time/manpower/budget to stake out the grow shops like they used to; it depends on where you live, I'm sure.
Most of the time shops are accused of collaberating with LEO it's a rumor started by a competitor.
THAT SAID, it's always a good idea to cover your ass. Even with family; ESPECIALLY with some families.

i remember when i first entered a grow store and told the guy i was interested in growing tomatoes, he just smiled and asked me how come no one ever walks in and says they want to grow lettuce lol

I tell them I grow money trees. I get a knowing nod and an attentive salesman.

Elsewhere on this forum I read about a retired couple who were raided by the local sheriff's department ayer some sort of investigation determined that since they were shopping at the local hydro spite, they had to be growers. Turns out they really were using the gear and growing tomatoes indoors.

The article mentioned that the couple is suing. It also mentioned the couple was retired... from the CIA!

Can sheriff say, "oops!"

you could always tell her your wife/girlfirend made you get rid of them so you gave them to a friend and your just gonna get him the stuff he needs. then go to a differnt grow shop from now on
