How many items on this list are in your kitchen?

Very few items. Not because I select non monsanto, but because I eat mostly whole foods. I dont own a microwave, so I dont have stuff like pizza, tv dinners, and the like. I prefer fresh veggies, so caned veggies dont work.

I do have best foods mayo, oatmeal, maltomeal, etc

Yall know that its only 5 or 6 big companies that own the majority of all the smaller food brands, right?
