Here in the US for indoor, it could be close. Outdoors, by government sanction? Any of us could grow it for pennies a pound! And let's face it; Venezuela is a great place for growing sativa!

A dollar is United States currency, the currency of Uruguay is the peso. I assume when they put the figure in dollars they are talking in our currency. The dollar's value goes far in terms of peso, if you live down there you wouldn't complain.

$1 works out to about 21.35 paso's. Now I don't know what the cost of living is down there but something tell me it's a whole lot less that the USA.
Just as soon as the VA opens a medical facility I'm moving.;)
