Because it is an amendment....my understanding is that it will have to go back to a vote (unless the Fed kills it all first)
If it does go back to a vote....home growing will stand, and commercial will go. Pretty sure that if the home growers are threatened, many folks, like me, will vote against EVERY measure that says "commercial" in the future.
And I will never stop growing. I grew long before these laws were ever though of....and thus....they mean little here. Overall, they are a convenience to have in place but their removal would not be a hindrance to most personal growers. (who are in it because they enjoy getting high)
In the end, these fuckers are all so greedy they are gonna implode the entire thing....and then the Gov't will have it's say. They are simply waiting for the players to do what they always have done....which to do is whatever they please and stretch the laws beyond their breaking point....then it's all gonna come down hard....
