I flippin' LOVE good yogurt. And organ meats, especially perfectly sauteed chicken livers are like crack to me. As far as candeh, I like dark chocolate Dove bars, See's dark chocolate truffles, especially the fruity kind, especially chocolate with citrus. I like chocolate a lot less now than I used to, and I'm a lot pickier about it, too.

You couldn't tell by lookin' at me, but that's another story!

Chocolate chip cookies home made with honey from local hives, home made hot fudge on ice cream, we avoid sugar, but not totally, organic chocolate is really a health food....

Mexican liquor store candy

Mango covered in Chile

Food truck papinos pina covered in chile
the tamarind candy is bomb, also i like the little red strawberry chews. ive noticed mexican candy is a little more "healthy" type of candy :) ohhhh and dont forget the marshmallow covered in chocolate with a little jelly (yeah.... healthy). damn i need to hit up the mexican market now.

I usually try to eat healthy, but candy is my very guilty pleasure. As a kid I didn't like much candy, I would rather have had chips or pretzels. These days however I am all too much into candy. I am a big fan of fruity types of candy, like fruit leathers, fruit snacks, gum drops and especially jelly beans. But my real kryptonite is chocolate. Truffles are always the best way to enjoy chocolate, but a good chocolate bar is always enjoyable.

Do they make Andrew the giant???

I use to watch him in the 60's, my Mom would take me and she would go fucking nuts at the fights, scared the crap out of me the first few times but than I though if anyone fucked with me they would have to deal with my MOM.

So I was at Laconic Bike week this summer and who do I see selling his book none other that Andre the Giant, talked with him for a while, he is so fucking big even now at 70+. What people did not know is he drank tons. I think his record was 109 beer in six hours that's like 1 every 3 min. holly fuck eh!

Woods, sorry to inform you it could not have been Andre the Giant you saw this year, he passed away in '93.

Mmmmmm....dark chocolate. Definitely my favorite munchie.

the best I've ever put in my mouth >>>> http://www.vivanichocolate.com/

Chocolove bars from Boulder, dood! https://www.chocolove.com/

Newman's and Ghiradelli also work.

Gotta be around 70% cocoa to turn the crank and satisfy the jones here. I go pure...no orange/cranberry/hazelnut/yaddyadda. Black Salt/etc is a good touch tho...

I skip most of the candy bars/etc. we grew up on. I will graze on a Mounds bar if I'm somewhere that is Hersheys/Nestles/ milk chocolate heavy with few dark choices and the munch is ragin'....but fortunately there is a decent selection of dark at most local grocers/etc.

Locals will know Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory....and a few here will have been to Drost's over on the far Western slope..... places like that can send me into overload with the amount of homemade/made on site combos/choices available.

Can't do the artificial sweet/flavored stuff like the gummies/Jolly Ranchers/etc... ditto with energy drinks/etc. Funny how differently wired we all are.

I also forgot to mention the taffy's that I enjoy , Mary Jane's and Abba Zabba and the good salt water taffy's.

It was "Mad Dog" Vachon I was talking to, he died in Nov. this year. The Giant stopped in Canada for a few years before moving to NY.

Likewise! I love good dark chocolate. The darker, the better. Can't handle sugary chocolate anymore. Only good quality, dark.

the tamarind candy is bomb

I also agree with that statement. Don't eat it often, but when I do...yum!
