Don't we already do this with tobacco and booze? We're not really telling them it's bad; just wasting money sending mixed signals. The real demon for the children is pharmaceuticals, which are called "medicine". just my opinion...

Yeah, $85 million going to the same people against legalization in the first place...

And since it will still be illegal for kids to smoke weed, and since they'll still be given the choice of juvi or treatment...

There's just going to be a windfall of 'marijuana addicts' for those same people to say 'see, we told you this would happend...Now we're going to need even more $$$".
