Ya not sure how big depends on whether I get a greenhouse or if ihave to move em in and out at the end it's a cold finish at my elevation last time I grew outside and had to move em around I grew in 20gal trash cans with wholes everywhere

I'm guessing u nailed it man... The soil is nice n dark but all real, real fine like silt. (finally did the jar, soil, water, shake like hell, let set thing) So they r slow to drain. Wasn't even thinking when I threw em in!!! I will b making a " drill" today but...

anybody care to comment on the yellow girl?...N lockout due to soil ph is all I can think of...since I neglected to check it (guess I better lol) . It has been stressed tho. I jumped the gun by a cpl weeks and have had to cover her but cold shitty weather.

That looks like a pretty heavy clay soil, which looks as though it's a bit low on total organic matter. In my experience trying to grow cannabis on my own heavy clay soil, you can try providing a lot more N but if the roots can't penetrate, the plant will remain fairly small.

I would do what I can to loosen the soil up around her, add as much Ca (gypsum is what the old timers around here use to break up that heavy clay shit) as you can and do some good top-dressings of animal poo. And pee on 'em like Ken says, but IME that's just not enough unless you pee a LOT.

Seas post is spot on burned,try the water drill for those plants now and find a few spots for next years grow and start amending them now with any organic matter you have basically building compost in the holes and next year they will be good to go!Sea i use gypsum like water here(does that mean im an oldtimer?),parts of my property you can hit with a pick and it will just spark,lol,but let it rain and it will turn so slick you cant even walk on it.Im told soil like this is very rich in nutrients but without ALOT of amending with organic matter those nutrients remain unavailable to the plants,essentially locked out.

@caregiverken -- have you incorporated anything like sea minerals into your mixes, teas, feeds, what-have-you? If not, I think you might want to try it. A little salty dab'll do ya of the Sea-90. I got mine 2 or 3 years ago and it's still a mostly full bag. It's tasty! The birds eat it and my plants love it. Inexpensive, yet money very well spent.

Grape invaders dont like 108° good thing I checked on em and moved em to the shade.....White fire bagseed is more tolerant as of now
