@MakinGoo time for some cookie info from the cookie man
Day 16 below noticed a size able increase in buds over night , looking for the cut I have ? Dark red stems that seem way to hard to bend or super crop now but all my tops are fine , a few top leaves are getting a purple tint (pictured) and smell I would say mint over dough

Id guess forum but most cookies do look so close 2 each other its very hard 2 say.. most of my cookie plants will have purple stems at some point then back 2 green stems & sometimes even back 2 purp.. sometimes juss candy cane like purple streaks.. always older mid 2 lower stems will turn woody on u>>>> I always try 2 LST the newer growth when its bendy b4 it hardens & turns in2 wood..

I think a P deficiency would show on the lower leaves, kinda hard to tell from the sideways pics, but I think the coloring is higher up on the plant. And that leaf looks beautiful, I've never seen a beautiful deficiency lol
But is green in the middle and then purple around the edges, and that looks like the middle of the plant to me.

P.S. not trying to argue just learn.

New growth is fine so we're responding to what's showing happened atleast three days ago....it's already been corrected or acclimated, new growth proves it....As far as the reason for the discoloring could be so many things but basically an imbalance due to environment either ambient, root, or in foliage
Looks Like they bounced back and started stacking, nice job @soserthc1

the thing is a plant relatively needs a small amount of P its hard to actually have a P def, unless his pH is out of wack, but his plants look great so I dont believe thats the case here. If it was P def, it wouldn't look pretty, it would look ratchet lol. Just google some images of P deficient plants and you will see.

I understand you aint trying to argue, learning is good

EDIT needs a relatively small amount lol

The cookie cross plant I'm growing (forum leaner) shows extremely high ecological sensitivity...in a great way, she changes shades on me like her mood swings a lot, like my environment , but always feels and looks great, loves organic Nitro heavy compost teas and hasn't shown many signs of toxicity and few deficiency s......reminds me of a plant that can look healthy and vigorous when it's small and when it's huge...
Been growing mother and clones for about four months now

Top of the plant on 3 or 4 leaves on upper buds none down low and everything else is fine in there mind you there is only 1 cookie and it was labeled forum but I would doubt its a p issue as they were hit with Moab on day 4 and true blooms on day 14 not saying it couldn't be but from my understanding cookies are light feeders , let me see if I got a better picture View attachment 423801View attachment 423801 The leaf sticking into the picture is the only picture of GSC sticking in from the top the plant to the left is Tahoe and not taking as agruementive if I'm doing something wrong opinion matter for sure but I thinking it's just a natural occurance as again there (knock on wood ) is no issue at all to this point View attachment 423802

What it a good realistic yield to shoot for on the gsc, per plant indoors under a 1k?
what size plants or how many per 1000k? I know they don't yield the best but what i found is that all the bud all the way down to the bottom is worth keeping, so better then most give her credit for:) I would say to keep the lights a bit further from the tops then most and you should be getting a little less then an ounce a gallon... For first time i would be happy hitting a unit a light as long as its top shelf meds!

On my last grow (just had one forum plant in the mix) the bottoms nugs were bigger than the top nugs lol. I probably got 1/2 oz from that plant with crappy hot conditions and overfed. Now everything is dialed so I'm wondering what I can expect.

I got 16 various plants under a 1k most of them gsc, in 2 gallon geo pots. They're about 30" tall now beginning of week 3. I'm concerned about them stretching into the light as they're about a foot away now, but I have ac blowing directly in my tent so it's really cool at about 70-72*. They're in 50/50 coco/perlite getting fed 3x a day now.

@mikehawk how long did you vegg them girls for? I would say that she is somewhat similar to og in that they seem to like to dry out just a bit, I'm wondering if 3x a day is a bit overkill but with the perilite your probably right on the money if she's at day 15-21 your probably real close to being finished with her stretch... The tent looks awesome, yea she'll stack just as hard for you on the lowers as the top so popcycling might be healed back a bit, or at least i do... If your running 16 under a 1000k i would venture to say that she'll take care of at least 1 unit and more prob like 1.25 thats just my guess though! She is actually pretty easy to grow if you don't try anything too harsh on her, easy on the lights and nutes and she'll perform better, has a tendency to show signs of mag def but I've always found it to be because of over feeding, just my 2cents... I am gonna keep and eye on your thread mines right behind yours!

Cool, thanks bro. I am in coco but taking more of a hydro approach with the automated multi feedings. I have nice fat stems and tons of roots blowing out all sides of the pots. The growth has been explosive since I built the irrigation system and soooo much easier lol. Daily ph and dumping the runoff and that's it. I vegged them for a couple weeks and didn't bump up the feedings until I had a nice root system.

Ok something weird was going on at work with my pictures but the marron/purple leaves are at the very top of two colas and def not a p issue but IMHO a trait of the plant upon a closer look today my stems are going from red back to green as goo stated , well better pictures and what ever she turns out to be its gonna be dank for sure

And a cherry picker it's right next to on the hps footprint directly under a 800 hps
