Its been a little over a month since these girls were planted, sadly there was 1 runt PKxBubba that was stuck and was way behind so it was culled.. I slacked on transplanting so they aren't as healthy as i'd like..

They were finally transplanted from the solo cups about 5 days ago and are starting to look better, I'll be cloning most in a few days and into bloom once those root..

I'm seeing quite a bit of variation in size, I have a couple that are very squat and bubba like in growth, but most have a nice stretch to em' which I like....:)

Cornbread (TKxBubba #2) This one stayed quite short,definitely a Bubba leaner... Un-Topped.

Cornbread (TKxBubba #3) This one is my second fav of the cornbreads so far, seems to be a nice mix of both parents..

Cornbread (TKxBubba #1) Now this one i'm diggin a lot, she grew mostly 3 blade for most of her life also a bit more stretchy than the other two . This one I believe leans a bit more to the TK side from what I can see so far...

Pure Kush x Bubba #3: Another Bubba leaner stayed squat the entire time.. Un-Topped.

Pure Kush x Bubba #1: The stretchiest girl out of the bunch.. Looking to be a So Cal Pure Kush leaner.... She's needed a flush, should be back in shape in no time.. Changed her feed to an OG diet.

Sour Diesel x Bubba #1: This one has a nice structure a good mix of both parents... Nice stretch to her...

Sour Diesel x Bubba #2: This one threw out a good amount of single blade which seems to come from the SD side of things.. Hope to get some nice SD notes from this pheno.

Sour Diesel x Bubba #3: My fav pheno so far, seems to be an SD leaner, she's the stretchiest from the Sd crosses and reeks!

Lucky you.. Would love to check out some of them tasty nugs for sure, will try to head out to the Emerald Cup and see if i can get a taste of the dank..

I would like to give big thanks to Nspecta & The Mrs. for giving me the opportunity to test some CSI gear and letting the masses obtain some of these great genetics.

It’s been a minute since I've started a grow log but when some special bubba crosses landed in my hands I had to get a log going..:woot:

I’m a bit limited on space at the moment but my fingers were itching so I dropped 3 of ea to get things started.

First up we got SoCal Pure Kush X Bubba … Now this is the OG type Pure Kush that goes by a few other names in different circles such as Topanga Canyon PK , Hollywood Pk, Malibu PK ect.. Super stoked on this cross, one from the CSI vaults.

Next it’s Sour Bubba Kush (Sour Diesel x Bubba) … I love the Sour D and kinda hard to come by a good batch of Sour around my area, but when I do come across a bomb batch very few rival with the flavor.. Mixed with the bubba Kush it’s gonna be flavor central. Hoping to find some fast finishing Sour D type plants with denser nugs with a bubba twist…

Lastly, we got the Cornbread Bubba (Triangle Kush x Bubba). Given the legendary status of these 2 cuts I can only expect nothing but dankness.. I've ran some of OGR’s Fire Bubba before and those were quite impressive, huge yielding quality top-shelf dank… Sadly I lost my keeper I ran for a few years sometime ago so I’m sure I’ll find something as nice or better considering the TK is possibly a nicer OG.

Not much to see at the moment but wanted to get things going to help me keep track of dates... Will try to upload weekly pics of the progress. If anyone has any CSI gear feel free to post it up...

Damn, thats whats up right there, not holding back on the bean poppin.. I'm looking for a SD dom cross with a sped up flower time and denser buds.. But i'll take a sped up bubba with at Sour twist any day... You have some solid hybirds my man, feel free to post some up... Good luck hunting brotha!

LOL..:) yes bro, I swooped up a few new tents a couple months ago.. I needed a clone/chuckin tent while shopping I came across a great deal on Gorilla tent and had to get that one too....

haha.. i hear ya.. i hate sitting on golden beans and not having the room.. I had to make the room for these knowing i'll find at least a couple of keepers... would of liked to pop all 30 beans but now i have some stashed away for round two, coming soon... Thanks for stoppin by bro...

Clone Time...
Took some clones of the girls tonight.. I haven't decided if i'll flower the clones or the mothers...:confused: Some of the moms have exploded in the past few days and they might be a little over grown to go straight into bloom..
I don't want to run into any height issues... So i might just wait for the clones to root and will launch those into bloom. It all depends on how fast my flowering tent is free...

Yes i had to.. the price was too good.. they had it marked down 25 percent... But i stuck with secret jardin Dp90 which is still very nice for clones and small moms... Got my fingers crossed but i'm confident the'll be a few keepers....

Time to transplant.

All clones rooted fairly quick even with the cooler weather.. Most started popping out roots around day 5-6, gave them a few more days and now its time for solo cups.

I noticed the Cornbreads seems to have thinner roots compared to the rest.

The'll be vegged for a couple of weeks and then into flower.:D

nice roots, my friend just bought some of those orange inserts.. 5 or 6 days to show roots is gangster.. do the orange inserts help root faster because of the bottom "crate" design vs some trays that only have a small hole under each cube?
