are you air cooling the light? if so you just need a fan speed control to slow down the fan and dial in your temps.you can also just use a timer to turn fan on and off or a cheap ductstat from home depot.but yeah 60-65 is kinda cold for pot.might be as simple as closing one of the air vents on the tent idk your setup.
yea I got a air cooling system but not a fan speed controller I got a timer so u think when I turn off my light from 12~6am I could turn off my fan that would prob save me on some energy to

yes shut the fan down to and see where your temps go.be nice if you can have 75f-77f lights on and 70-72f lights off.

Im going to buy a fan timer probably next grow because im still saving up for a carbon filter for flower but if anyone has any other suggestions to raise the temp like 5 degrees let me know but the weather is changing so I probably have to lower the temp soon anyway

You need that fan on a thermostat not a timer

You have an air cooled light right? If you put that fan on a thermostat and set it to 70 or 75.(I like 78 for seedlings) the the fan will only turn on when it needs to. Talk about saving electric.

Btw if your short on paper you can use 1 fan for both exausting your tent and cooling your lights.
All you do is on 1 end of the hood fix a piece of furnace filter over the intake side. Then on the other side pipe in an inline exaust fan thats wired to a thermostat. That way when the rm exceeds the max temp it triggers the fan and pulls air through the light thus cooling the hood and evacuating the air in the rm.
Then once you get your carb filter you can add it in on either the intake side of the hood or the exaust side.
So you will either be pulling air from the outside of the filter to the inside. (If you put it on the intake side).
Or you can do it the opposite way (the way I prefer will explain why) and put your filter on the exaust side and push air from the inside of the can filter to the outside.
By doing this you will save space inside your tent by being able to leave your can outside the tent. This way its not as important to seal your lights as well because you don't have to worry about any untreated/stinky air escaping thru any cracks.

Where could I find one of those im definitely going to try that seems like a really good idea but that would basically work for my timer correct?

I use a variable voltage transformer to adjust my fan speeds if my temps get to cool or warm. This vv transformer uses a potentiometer to adjust voltage to the fans with no hum what so ever. The temp controllers at the hydro stores all use the start stop method and will make your fans hum. The only time I cycle my fans off is if my humidity is below 55%relative humidity. Or else u will have a mold issue. this is why it is important to have an ac that controls heating and cooling. So you have to choose slow growth with hot/cold temps or mold with high humidity trying to control temps with fans only. Just my 2 cents hope it helps here's a link to vv tranny on Amazon. I run 2 -6" fans off 1 -3amp vv tranny.

U can use both the variac transformer with the temperature controller together. The real key is soil temperature. The surrounding temperature will affect soil temperature. when your fans shut off on temperature make sure you monitor the humidity. If humidity is an issue you may have to abandon the temperature controller and use a digital timer instead to run fans for 15min every other 15min by start and stop method to expel the Humid air. You have to be a weatherman almost lol have fun.

A "timer" is not gonna control your atmospheric conditions. A timer is going to turn on your exaust at predetermined intervals. Not when it needs to.
If you wanna do it right instead of a thermostat get an atmospheric controller. But now your talkin about some dough.
By the way you can also just add a dehumidifier if your humidity becomes a concern. Dont use a timer whaere a thermostat should go. The one I showed you is like $40. It'll pay for itself on the first rip brother it is necessary to keep uniform atmospheric conditions.

The timer is a last resort if you don't have any control is what I was trying to say. The atmospheric controller is a waste of money unless you get a high end one. The atmosphere controller I had suck dick I threw it out lol. This all leads back to just doing it proper in the first place.

Here are some updated pics and Im going to a thermostat but my humidity I was told to keep it from 40-60 and thats were it stays. Sorry it took me so long for these pics

In bloom humidity should be slightly lower than vege.40-45%rh bloom room & 50-55%rh vege room. Both should be roughly 76deg day and 70deg night temps.
Okay thanks but did you see the brown spots? Those are the new pictures.

Ya bro the new growth looks good so I wouldn't worry much. the leaves with spots are gona die and fall off once the plant gets bigger.
Ight thanks I just want them to be the best the could be and then this happens will this effect the buds in a big way?

They are still so young they should bounce out of any rut they might be in, not even close to producing buds yet.

Just focus on getting a grow under your belt, your gonna make mistakes just make sure you learn from them and don't repeat them.
