How's it going everybody...TerraNova here just wanting to finally share what I do on a day to day with the garden. Not typically a fan of preaching anything I do, but most definitely love to share with anybody that's willing to see and apply to their own circumstance. Love answering questions that are thought out, but there are a few rules for my garden - no bottles. no products. no ferts/chems. no pesticides. no pHup/down no crazyness.

The quest for the clean herb has lead me down an interesting path where I've had to learn a bit of everything in order to be able to respect other gardeners and the plants that much more. Started in the soiless/hydro world and was never happy because for sure I wasn't seeing any type of consistent genetic expression or flavor. Too many variables, and my college Chemistry classes forbid me to believe most forum mythology concerning typical nutrients, plant nutrition, availability...etc...

And in that sense I finally stumbled upon some recycled soil forums and lurked, read some ag journals, learned and applied. Had the chance to run an incredible amount of space and see a good number of plants and now I'm gardening with a group of guys that are all on the same page. Flavor, Potency > everything else with no compromise on our health and the medicinal aspects of cannabis. This garden is owned by @kushsyndicate you can check him out on IG. Everything is his I'm just running the living soil plants for now. :) I'm @terranova_los

Some of the genetics I'll be documenting now and in the near future: (We run a perpetual, and thankfully are blessed with a constant influx of new genetics so stay tuned...)
Platinum Animal Cookies (09 Cut) Rez's Sour Diesel (Seed selection)
King Louis XIII OG (Clone Only) Mango (?? BCBD or Soma?)
Skywalker OG (G-Cut Clone Only) Alaskan Thunderfuck (Clone Only)
Katsu's Bubba Kush (Clone Only) Cinex (Clone Only - "other cut")
East Coast Sour Diesel (Clone Only) Peyote Purple (Cannabiogen seed selection)

Soon to come: Ghost OG, Triangle Kush, White Rhino (90s cup winning cut), DJ Short Blueberry (Outlaw Cut), Strawberry Cough (my cut), SFV OG...and many others. Next run might be a room full of OG Kush..

We just flipped stuff into flower I'll get a much more detailed log on here soon but a few preview shots

So a few updates on the room for everybody...
I finally decided to start using a DS3200 I have access to for garden shots. So excuse the extremely clueless/amateur photography but a need for higher quality photos and inspiration from Khaosgardenz I've decided to take shots with the camera instead of my phone from now on. Anyway...to what really matters.

Garden is fairly uneventful most times so most updates will come after IPM routines or whatever. Applied a Neem/Karanja oil emulsion. This is something I'm doing every 3 days. No matter what, I'm spraying something every 3 days. Rotation right now typically tends to be around Neem/Karanja -> Water -> Beneficial -> Botanical/Extract/Tea/whatever ->Neem/Karanja. So something like Monday(Neem) Wed(Water) Thur(LAB or Kelp or Alfalfa or Aloe/coconut whatever) then repeat. The water spray is mostly to clear up my leaf surface and get it ready for the next application. This routine has kept all sorts of garden bugs very unhappy, and powdery mildew down to nothing ever. But I encourage your own thing...Like topdress mint/catnip for a great gnat/aphid/ant deterrent that hangs around my soil for a long time.

So for this particular IPM application: 1.5tsp Neem 1.5tsp Karanja 1.5tsp aloe 1.5tsp(Agsil16H, SM90, whatever) in a warmish glass mason jar with clean water. Agitated, then poured into 1gal of water. Agitated again, then applied immediately to leaf surface top and bottom thoroughly, heavily and with sufficient pressure to deter borgs. 3-4hrs before lights come on.

I DO NOT recommend this spray IF:
Your plants have weak rootzones.
Water stress
Heat stress
Humidity stress
During lights on

The garden as of 3/25
EDIT:: Duh, week 1 flower exactly.

Welcome...nice to see more organic growers on the farm. Lots of great ways to grow but I prefer trying to stay chem-free.
Hey Kolah,

Thank you. Yeah the chem free route helps..especially on the costs and flavors in my experience.
Every single time I remember what it was like to have to mix up reservoirs and such, I get an uneasy feeling in my gut that makes me anxious...knowing the nature of poor quality bagged soils + salty heavy metal concoction.
Soil food web is the best nutrient line without a doubt. thanks for checking in :)

3/27 Update

Not much happening in the garden, just watching them grow and set buds.. :)
They'll be getting an enzyme boost shortly though, which I always enjoy applying very much to my soil.

ECSD Stacks are coming up. The stretch is real, lots of nodes very classic aggressive branching

Welcome to the farm. Garden looks gorgeous. Nice pics and a really healthy plants.

Good friend KushSYNdicate made a nice vid of our garden. I've been showing him a nice run of living soil, he's already very proficient in ferments and botanicals so its a nice team. Link

what F stop was this at? Seems kinda like a shallow depth of field

I was pretty medicated and had to rush taking this week's photos...ill attempt a more patient approach here soon i think i accidently shot in aperture mode.

It's all good man seems like this was maybe down there around F 5.6 where F8 or F11 would get ya that full plant in focus if that's what you were after
