Where And How Should I Start My Veg Room

8 bulbs good for about 6 plants in 5gall pots.

In 5 gal pots wouldn't those be some big plants I only need this for veg their going to start in solo cups then to a 3 gal then to a 5 once in flowerin

I just realized that fan in the bottom corner I really don't want to buy another fan it seems like I'm going to have to drop another 300 on a veg room which is kinda a force because I already dropped 1000$ on my tentsoil and nutes but I gusse it has to be done because I love growing

That's about what I do. But it's better if you let a plant veg in the 5gall at least 10 days before flipping to 12/12, gives it time to build a rootball.
