I'm transplanting my weed plant into a larger pot and the new pot doesn't have any dranage. Should I drill holes in the bottom?

Yes!!! I use a 5/8" drill bit and go to town.

I just emptied this because there was NOT ENOUGH DRAINAGE!!!(30 gal.)

I'll be doing some on the sides in the bottom 2 inches now as well.

What size pot? But yes you need holes. If a big pot then I would do big holes1/2" pinky finger size.and up sides like Derkaderk said.
