You need to be a bit more specific.are you planning on growing it in rockwool or planning on useining soil, coco, hydroton ect.my advice for a first grow would be use soil and dont complicate it with loads of different bottles and shit.keep it simple for a first time.soil,a bit of grow nutes a bit of bloom and maybe a wee booster if you know what that is.
wen some one just writes "help" its not clear what you DO know.that makes it kinda difficult to tell you what to do.
are you familiar with growing in any way?the amount of direct light should be enough for decent growth.

The first thing I want to ask you!
DID YOU READ YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT??? Don't go get yourself evicted legal or not medical or recreational no matter the state landlords hold everything in that paper and if u have a Claus on growing meds they will kik u out 24 hr notice eviction no 30 day on this one been there seen that with one of my medical buddy's in his duplex with no neighborhood or neighbor had his six in the back yard in planters landlord so happened to stop by and see it didn't even ask him anything say nothing just left was back 6am next day with the notice saying i thought you were a better person than that...... im jus looking out for a fellow grower that's all. I would hope you have already checked into this or got permission but I thought that about my hommie too lol. As for info @happy b kinda covered it for the moment

I would like to grow in soil, I was planning on transplanting the Rockwool to the soil. I have a few questions

1. How much light is ideal for my seeds while they are in the Rockwool?
2. When do I start using nutrients? Can I go organic?
3. What is wee booster?

To answer your question this is my 2nd year growing vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers)

Thank you very much for your response.

I just read the rental agreement after reading your post. Thank you very much, it only says no selling.

Horray very happy to hear that very much so heck thats even worth a good toke to celibrate :cigar:

On to your questions first what size rockwool did you use? Doesn't really matter but it kinda does they go into soil fine just the bigger blocks can sometimes get waterlogged if not let dry properly and they grow green algae if not fully buried or properly topped/covered and the plastic lids you get for them alot of growers say it chokes the wool not allowing water to move freely through it. So those are probably a bust. for that I just use tinfoil actually hehe po man 007 status. Then u have the two very different ph levels that cause an issue I'll explain after this Now when it comes to light this is dependent on when you want those baby's to flower out seeing as you have just started them anywhere from 24hrs to 18/6 on off hours of light a day is best and most anytime in between the two this is good for your vegg. so to become flowers they need 12 hrs on 12 off and you will want to do this before August or no more than a few days after the 1st of august. This is only if you have good weather up till mid to late October if not u got less than a month to do it get them big enough to flower without electric lighting of a sort to finish vegg, if you have a grow light I would suggest extending your daylight hours with it now when the sun goes down or your plants can possibly start flower before they are ready or lets say before you want them too. As for food your seeds were born with everything they need inside for the first week or two after they show u some green leaflets!!! This is when they begin using light and food. Then you will want to start off real low and work your way up to where it says veggetive growth after that you can push it to advanced/late vegg levels but probably not necessary on your first go round give you the chance of locking up, burning , full on killing your plant when you use any nutrients at a high application it gets trickier than normal vegg or flower. Yes you can go organic if you like some swear by it others don't like it at all for many reasons both ways this is something you will have to decide on your own for first time grow I would stick with an easy two or three part line they even have one from a company called green planet that is called medi1 and they sell a full grow out kit for a few medium plants for around $40 or so and it is called a medi kit the great thing about medi1 it's certified organic and u have one nute one bottle to use from vegg to end of flower they give you three additional amendments you can use as well one is a carbo load the other is the so called wee(d) booster I call it bud enhancer it's all the same they are just high p-k foods with no or little N. 90% of this is going to be trial and error projects on your part for a while till you figure out your growing style don't forget to ph test your water before adding nute as well as after adding then adjust ph with a PH up or down to your mediums happy place rockwool cube plants like a 5.0-5.5 to be a happy medium and soil needs rite at or around 7.0 {see the issue I mentioned earlier about ph!!! Honestly I just take it in spades adjust accordingly} "however I will be the first to tell you that is very bad practice to do and follow and should be avoided as advice I'm just lazy when it comes to soil growing do you have a end plant size in mind? or perhaps end planter size for them picked out yet? Rooting for ya! GLHF! Fell free to ask away someone is bound to answer you sooner or later somethings take a few days cuz nobody know what to tell ya other than so solely cholly

  • Oh and also back to the law thing they can not be able to be seen by the public so when they get bigger u may want to get a screen since this will result in immediate serch and seizure if an officer sees them or someone reports you at that point you lose your privilege to grow for three years medical or recreational does not make a difference and you receive a fine of their choice whitch in oregon can go as far as child endangerment if there are kids on either side of you as well as reckless behavior of a federal nature kinda doubt they would ever go as far as federal law but it is in the bill plain black and white that they can if they so choose since it is still holds classification as schedule 1 under federal law the laws we have to protect us here are dam near null and void I keep saying they did not legalize anything just re wrote the law to appeal to a wider audience

Hey brother I feel you there we were out in the sticks planting hundos in multiple locations when legalization was a basement couch pipe dream and a joking matter for those who like to poke fun at stoners and hippies like I give a shit what they say lol those mother lovers won't get through my door without a warrant that has been signed by a supreme justice of Court and state and they know this it is super glued to every door with a lock in on or around my home can't remember where I found it but they really can't come in even with warrant in hand unless my last statement is true that is... but by the time they get that signature you got a huge heads up and a weed wacker lol or just go get a uhal if u got notice of search (as in they came they left the clock is ticking 18hrs tops) we got family escape routes like for a fire lol (yeah rite) they ain't that smart if ur on ur toes alot

@Flyhigherla I can take this post down if you wish just say the word

I would recommend putting the rockwool in soil if the roots are already developed. I would put them in either 3 or 5 gal pots with 2/3 happy frog soil 1/3 perlite. You can feed water for the first two weeks probably, make sure the water is ph 5.5-6.5. You can then start feeding with nutrients. A simple base nutrient and some cal mag is all you need. You can use a bloom booster if you want but its not really needed. A wee bit does help though.
