Depends how you're watering. If you're just doing a single flood, then yes you're underwatering. You want to do an initial watering then do a second watering around 15 minutes later. This way ensures you're fully saturating the medium which is vital to root health. Soil is nonabsorbant when excessively dry. Doing an initial watering enable the medium to reabsorb water again more effectively. Dry spots in soil result in dead root spots and this can make your plants sick.

What you witnessed was the soil wicking up the runoff and saturating itself. Some use this method as it is called bottom feeding and highly effective in soil-less mediums where you don't have concern of overwatering. In soil you have to be extremely careful doing it this way. When it comes to the runoff typically you want to dump that as soon as the pot stops draining. It contains salts and excess nutrients that you don't want reabsorbed into the medium in most cases.

They're coming along nicely, should start bulking up here soon for ya.

tobh
yo str8, my plant is 64 days now. how much more time do u think. the pic's I put up are a couple of days old. let me know what u think.

tobh, same question for ya. from my pic's is the plant almost ready or not. its 64 days old. thanks a bunch.

Not yet. You still have three to four weeks out would be my rough judgement but I don't mess with auto's. She's gonna start swelling up on you here soon, so keep your patience!

Tobh, thanks for the advice much needed. Like I said I'm as green as the weed out there. Lol

No problem man, I've been doing this since I was a snot nose punk teenager and the shit I grew back then wasn't anywhere near what you've got going on. Just stay patient, pay attention to what the plant is doing. If you haven't yet, read Seamaiden's thread about how to tell when a plant is ready without checking trichomes. There's loads of indicators that the plant will give you when she's ready to be pulled.

Your lighting looks solid, though I would add some more further down so those lower buds will bulk up for you too. In the future, I highly recommend some serious training for the CFL's . There's just no way to get a decent yield with trees in the traditional sense. Low and spread out is the way to go with CFL's. An even canopy will provide much better results ime.

Do you think that I should add more light now or should I let her go and then the next plant will get more lights.

You've got time, I would add the extra lights if funds can accommodate it.

Thanks alot bro, going to get more as am typing u. Look no hands mom!! No my wife is driving. Lol. Thanks again for all the advise. You have been a great help. Grow on boys!!!.

Hey the tobh, here are a couple of more pic's. Tell me what you think. 63 days now. I made a mistake she was younger I had to check when I planted it. I was off, lol.

@Newtogrowing from those pics you still have a few weeks left. Sorry on not getting back to you sooner, my life has become a whirlwind of excitement (apprenticing tattooist, interesting schedule demands to say the least.) Keep doing what you're doing, they start really swelling for you and the hair will start turning pretty colors as new ones slow or stop popping up. My guess from those pics (you posted on June 30, today is July 7) you'll be looking at mid to late July harvest, so another week at least.

One Love,
tobh

Hi tobh, took a small sample and WOW!!!, gonna let her go a couple more weeks. Thanks for all the advise and help. I'm sure I'm gonna need more down the road. Peace, Love

Any time brotha, just trying to give back what I can. I've had a lot of help along the way and it would be unkind to not share my knowledge with others. Just don't get carried away taking samples lol the fruits of your labor are so much sweeter when given time to mature all the way.

Here's a couple of pic's. 76 days now.

She looks overwatered or like you're having a pH issue but you're nearing the finish line! Getting a little foxtailing going on too, what is your temp and humidity? For both lights on and lights off. Drastic swings can influence foxtailing.

I had foxtailing this last run, so it may be a result of the CFL's as well, will know if this is a factor after this next run I'm starting. But I also had a hell of a lot of instability so I'm pretty sure that's what triggered my issues.
