Get some sand...few quid for a bag local hardware shop....put a layer about 1cm deep onto of pots larvae can't hatch out and adults can't dig.down to lay eggs I've never used it in the grow room as didn't know about it when I had em but used it on all thr house plants an no gnats whatsoever and a few had them

Yeah iv been advised to do that a few times too.or diamecious earth (or whatever its called) i,ll probably just

Yeh DE I wouldn't bother with that stuff tbh its messy as fuck clogs up on top of your soil and that...I spilt a bag and it fucked my dyson hoover lol geezer come round to fix it pulled all his white shit out haha I was like ...ahhh women hooves anything up don't they haha ...cheap option get a bag of wash sand £3 tops

Thanks for the advice gents. Moved the light up a little and turned my big one around. Also using the liquid ice again. Yeh it's a little too hot in there

Alrite lads,sorry iv been busy lately!iv to pick up a bottle. Of vitalink chill today,same as ur liquid ice bigc!anybody heard of it?and there's a cheap product for gnats called gnatoff,that works,ur local shop should have it happyb,or I could give u the name of a reliable nematode supplier,delivers to ur door,12 pound it is,wouldnt recommend it for late flower plants tho, 76
