@happy b you might want to look in the outdoor section for soil mixes. Those cats are mixing their soil by them selves, grow monsters and usually only water until harvest.

Thanks toaster.i was kinda hoping to avoid trawling through loads of posts to find the answer as im pretty sure iv got a good idea.was just asking incase any of you guys had experience with it.and indoor organics is a little different to outdoor in the respect of quicker cycles so certain amendments that are used in a long outdoor season are kinda a waste to use indoors as alot of em take a long time to break down and become available to the plant.but thanks for the link,i,ll have a look and see if i get any ideas for amendments i havnt even thought about.

I feel you on digging rhrough thousands of post just to find the ratios you're looking for as you already have the idea how to build your soil. Im on the same boat with you. I'm for the first time trying home mad3 compost made of fruit and vegetable rests some EWC, mycorrhiza and fresh soil. I had that mix sitting for more than a month and mixed it with recycled soil. Hope I didn't fuckbup the intire grow. The sap that comes from the bottom of the pot as that crap is being composted can be used as nutrient for plants rich in microorganisms, minerals and what not. But sadly started this as my grow was finished and didnt have the chance to test it. Ihave been avoiding citruses onions and garlic in the mix as I've heard those are not the most beneficial things as orange and lemmon peals drop pH brutally but forgot about the onions and garlic thing.

I'll do a little digging on the soil mixex for indoor growing mysel and chime in if I find something useful.

The outdoor mix might take for ever to break down but in this case I would use it for several runs and suplement missing stuff throug nutrients if it ever comes to plants beeing hungry for anything. Might just give it a try.

I wont mate not because their rubbish just because I have tried the strains I wanted to from them now. Maybe if they bring something new out I fancy trying I would. Their not bad though and way under rated because they just make fems instead of doing any real breeding themselves.

I mix fbb and garden lime at the not to scientific rate of 1 small party cup to a 50lt bag of compost. If you use a ec pen you can test it by mixing first in small amounts and flooding it level with water then let it sit 48 hours and just dip the ec pen into the gooey mess. You can't be to accurate with organic powder mixes because the soils are always different ec. What I would recommend is mix it good and water to drain once before you put your plants in. You can always top dress with more feed if need be but you can't take it back out.

why do you want a organic soil mix anyway happy? I personally would rather mix 1/2 compost 1/2 coco wack a small party cup of garden lime to each 1ft square of soil mix. Your plants them just need a nice organic feed mix which you can change with your plants as they change from veg to flower ect. It's easier to make a good feed then have a ball ache with soil mixes. Everyone has a different soil mix and your base soil is never the same so you can't get it exactly right even compost from the shop will have different EC from the same brand unless you pay a fortune for the stuff.

I do use coco in the mix but this is just a wee test.i dont usually add all this stuff.usually just add some WC and chicken manure to canna or bio bizz.just recently started adding coco.

What's the yield looking like on those will. It was said to me before but I never realised it that u never see big bud shots of Gsc only side buds. Is this the precedent of the structure.

Took the gsc a day or so ago.smells FUCKIN SUPERB.low yeild and small buds but damn wat flavor.kinda similar to a good hash but not like commercial hash.GOOD hash.i find it very pungent in a similar way cheese is.but different.maybe even a tad more pungent.maybe not.ill need to get a good toke at it before i can tell properly.im hoping with a bit of dialing in and some really airy soil i can up the yeilds and speed up veg a little.yeild and veg time are its only cons but the quality makes it worth keeping around.
what are the yeilds like on the faster gsc pheno Will?just the same?a speeded up veg would help out in that department too i guess.
trickie i just harvested a gsc and my gg4 are at 8 weeks.gonna let em go to 9 and see how they are.guavas are at7 & yetis at 6.

You all know were he is,go see him.i know he would be chuffed.
wat led to his ban?well i dont want to say and get banned myself.but needless to say i felt it wrong and i was really dissappointed.i wouldv felt the same and reacted the same if it was any of you guys.
i feel as if im losing respect for this place.not the members but certain things have happened the past few weeks that left me feeling...well lets just say not Happy as i usually am.none of it affected me personally but i consider all you guys on this thread my friends and i dont appreciatte people fucking with my friends and trying to take advantage of them.if we dont look out for each other on this community no one will.because of the nature of doing everything over a computer all you have is your character,your morals and manners and words.if someone doesnt have those on a computer then theyr a dick in my eyes.especially if your morals are shit and you have no manners.(not talkin about any of you guys)
It just pisses me off wen we,r all at the mercey of someone who doesnt giv a shit about us and can try to hold u to ransom or stop you chatting with your friends simply coz they dont agree with you.well thats my feelings today anyway.you all know were ill be if i get banned too.lol.same place as G gnome.

Yea,with an ok veg the yields ok on the gsc,not the biggest buds but the density and quality,are top,top her a few times,best feedin on the lighter side,i think yields not much different on these @happyb,see hw they do second run,76
