Quick question,when you make hash ,do you cut up the buds into smaller pcs..yes?
It's all frozen buds no trim,but fresh frozen,cut off limbs but still buds.thank you for any input. I know you said you don't freeze though but thought I'd ask.

Sounds good. It's a great cool day in my neck o the fields.
Here's first run of about 1.1/4 ounce. Not sure if it's a good turn out,but running product once more and then a fresh load.

So now I let it dry out: do I cut it up / break it up or leave it piled up like poo? How long does it usually take to dry out?

I cut my piles smaller. the water wiil get trapped if your not careful.
no worries on the q's man!
I put a fan on it and dryd in 2 to 3 dayz... and for the record ive only made bubble a few times....I was a bho guy!

I will go back and start to cut down then . I'm steadily looking thru the concentrates threads and no one really gets into details on these steps. I guess I will take this to my thread and leave questions there,as to maybe help others also.

Ok cool I just saw pics. That answers a lot. As in not like a kief appearance , I didn't know if you chopped it up to powder and then pressed it back to a block or puck.
So I got the four bag kit but the store had removed the drying mat,so I used cardboard at first but it was keeping some of product.
