I wouldnt use any nutes personally until i know my run off ph as i wouldnt want to cause more lock out if it is out of whack ... but everyone does these things differently :) no right or wrong as long as it fixes it

Under normal circumstances i would agree w robbie on not giving em nutes but in ur case uv given em next to nothin. Now, if u give em plain ph water ur gonna either have to over water em once u find out whether or not ph is right in order to give em some food.
