So your making 1 gal of tea then only using 1 cup of that tea per 5 gal water ?if so seems super weak.i was brewing 3 gals of tea and using it in 6 gals of water and saw so little dif i stopped brewing lol.

Im no expert jim but fwiw i use about 1 gal of ewc and use that to brew 30 gal of tea.
If it were me id use a larger vessel to make the tea. Just my 2 cents
