I do most a my dirty work after seven. Veg stays on til 2 and comes back on at 6. Gives me a lil day farming time. Lol not much tho

I run mine during the day, the room my tents are in isn't very dark during the day. Right now my flower is running 8 to 8, my veg is running 5 to 11.
