I did have some other issues yesterday though, a good part of the day I was just busy, then later on I overdid it a little and it really fucked me up.

Awesome pops,now the key to less pain and better motion will be in how you dose yourself.like instead of eating a whole cookie and getting really high and overdoing stuff just eat half a cookie multiple times a day and you should start to see some improvements real soon :)
I would go with a full stick and then just try half a cookie or make slightly smaller cookies.
