Im going to be growing in this space very soon.
I would like as many information and help as I can for my 1st warehouse grow.
From My research it looks like I should be doing Vert grows.
Let say I have around 100k to buildout

how many amps you get to play with?
As of now I have no idea. I wont be moving there till march. before we move in, im designing. see what things i need to buy etc a whole cost projection if you will.
What is the ideal amps?

Congratulations man, very exciting to see a fresh build. What are the dimensions of that space? Is it just one room 4k sf? What height are the ceilings?

What is your past experience? If you're thinking about vertical growing I would recommend looking at these threads:

I personally grow with horizontal gavitas but there are many ways to grow good herb.
I would set up 6 foot wide movable (on wheels) farmtek greenhouse benches as long as the room is, cover them in plastic so water can drain towards the gutters. 2 foot aisles in between rows of benches. With 4 foot aisles around the garden. Slightly tilted towards the center with gutters that lead to a bucket with an auto drain pump for runoff.

I like ready gro aeration as a medium with organic liquid nutrients, higher yielding than soil and still get good terpene profiles.

You'll need a climate controlled drying room included in the plan to be most efficient, as well as help trimming most likely. As well as a mother/clone room and a reservoir room. Auto water jackmayoffer style would be great as well.

Some things I have learned in my first year of growing that will save you a ton of time and frustration:
Clean the shit out of the entire space before moving even a single plant in there and keep it clean.
Fully seal the space, don't cut corners on the build
Make sure there are no dead spots in terms of air movement.
Follow the VPD Chart.
The plan is extremely important, things can add up very quickly. Don't forget about proper drainage, drying areas. You need to be able to control all the elements, I highly recommend getting the iponic controller.
Pick the proper strain. I'm not sure where your location is but I'm in a very competitive market and you need to grow not only good quality but the right strains.
Unless you are very experienced I would recommend growing something that yields well and is not too finicky. From proven clone ideally.
For the love of all that is good and holy double trellis. Either leave them there all the time which is optimal or at least put one trellis up beginning of week 1 of flower and beginning of week 4 of flower, especially growing OG's.

If you're able to keep mothers and take very good cuttings that is the best way to avoid getting mites and mold. When getting cuts from other growers I can't overemphasize how important it is to quarantine those cuts until you're sure they're healthy.
Invest in OGBiowar beneficial bacteria. In a side by side comparison the plants that receive biowar teas are much happier.

Wow that was very specific! Thank You!

You can run a decent sized grow with 200 amps. 400 amps and above is ideal. You can also split your flowering section into two rooms. One day and One night.
A 1000w bulb uses about 5 amps
you can calculate the amperage of all your other devices but in terms of equipment that uses electrical you'll need:
Lights
AC's
Water Pumps
Air Pumps
Fans
Climate Controller
Dehumidifier
Humidifier
Camera Security

I would do two flower rooms, one mother/clone room, one drying room and a reservoir/nutrient storage room to start. For AC you need 1 ton of AC for every two 1000w lights. So if its 10 lights you need 5 tons of AC. I would recommend several 5 ton units rather than fewer more powerful units for redundancy if one of them goes out.

Yes they are. Pro is that you have a low plant count. Con is that it is less efficient depending on how you look at it. Also they use deep water culture (dwc) which is not forgiving at all. One timer malfunction and two days and its game over.

What are the dimensions of your room?
What is your previous experience?
If you have an instagram account check out jungleboyz for some inspiration. They do horizontal not vertical.

I am looking for the best way to produce as much bud as possible thats it. Im still doing My research. I got some time before I have to start the build. But seeign those greenhouse trees makes me drool

I also realize i didnt answer some of your questions after youve given me so much.
The ceiling height is 20 feet it is 1 big room
dimensions are 80x50.
I do plan on cleaning that entire place before i move in. Cleanliness is the next thing to godliness.
I have done grows before but this is the first warehouse grow i will be doing so I am excited and nervous!

20 feet is incredible. You could Potentially have two floors going. Once you get further in the planning stages feel free to pm me. If you're in LA I know people in electrical and hvac that are good.

Just looked at the Jungleboyz ig. and wow! Thats what i am talking about!
thats exactly how I would like to do it. mass production.

That is horizontal gavitas. I believe they use coco and now some rockwool. I recommend coco because its more forgiving. Find out how many amps you have and then the real planning can begin. Are you in Socal?

No I am in Washington

Oh so you should have no problem getting clones. I recommend 1-4 strains. Higher yielders to start.

Okay it can be done will you be running the show solo? I would also do two flower rooms with 1000watt nano or gativa 2 lights over some 4x8 trays like sad above I would go with coco/ perlite mix. Do you have access to water there? I pretty much agree with everything @WiseGorilla had to say good luck bro
