Not 100% sure as never tried it but I'd say spider mites would hibernate? Really hate spider mites!!!!!!

Lol your probably right we've had a strain of spider mite that was like Spartans I tried everything different sprays to nuke em sent in 1000s of troops and every time I went in the little fuckers had rebuilt there defenses all around my buds :(

Yep it was a while ago now when big jobs was easy lol we wasn't the sort of guys to re use the soil either so waste removal was a killer I used to make everyone take at least 2 bags of rubbish with em on waste day just to stick where the doors open on the van in case we got a nosey bollocks at the tip :)

I use theyr nutes but not theyr soil.you should give canna pro plus a wee try if you havnt already.i think you,l like it .

Ok lads so for my coco run I'm gunna go Cana coco coir, there A+B and Rhizo, now for PK booster I'm thinking there PK13/14 for weeks 3-5 then switch to hammer head for 5-7 what you reckon or run something completely different for PK boost?

Alrite lads?theres a decent prog on bbc iplayer just now called botany,blooming,think it'd be of interest to you uz,its abo plants in general,explains mendels inheritance,plant classification etc,im goi to watch the rest of it now,but what I did see was good,all the best,76

I would only use pk for 1 week depends on strain some don't like 2 week of it and start popping new bud growth that never catches up makes the rest of it look shit when it's finished :)

When in comp or coco I like to give it a week of zym when I put it in flower and a week about half way through flower just helps brake down any dead root and keep your natural levels up :)

ha ha i like where your stoned brain is at.

i know subcool used to keep cuts for 3 months or more in a fridge, he would blow in the bag every week or so. they stay viable for this time no problem at all. As far as those little pests go something tells me they would still be living after this time, don't know why but they are resilient little fuckers aren't they?

Puttin in the fridge to rid of pests is a good idea actually.ie wen u get em at first just bang em in the fridge for a while as a precaution.
dunno about the rollin a cut in de as we you get de wet it turns to the consistencey of wet cake icing and i recon wat would be left would clog up the stomatas and stuff if it got wet.
I had thought about that one too.although i was thinking on a adult veg plant thats infested.i think i heard someone sayin to someone they should do that to get rid of an aphid infestation on an outdoor plant.as a kinda half joke half serious suggestion.it may have even been you shroomy now i think on it.

It was, lol. I used DE to wipe out a spider mite infestation on 9 plants outside a few years back. Handfuls thrown up into the canopy and then all over it. Rinsed it off a little after a week , then full rinse a week later. But it wiped out all the bugs in the backyard, including ants and who knows how many beneficial bugs as well.

i use canadian express superior potash at half strength from day 21 and full strength from day 28 till end and i get decent results.
