You need to flush with about 3 times the size of your pot, hopefully you have good drainage. In the future I would put more holes in pot and ensure your medium has xtra perlite added. after flush pick up your pot to see how heavy it is, then daily lift it to see how much water your plant is taking in. you want it to dry up some before next water.

I flushed my smaller plant that i posted previously as recommended and now i see new white pistils on top sticking out straight. Not many just a few on about 80 percent of the buds. Should i continue to flush to harvest or give it bloom nutes again and wait it out another week or so? I only feed her straight water 2 times for the preharvest flush but now im not sure she is ready with the new pistils. What say you friend?

As with previous flower. I wouldn't feed any more, you will always mostly have white hairs on tops...tops is where new growth comes from also new hairs.
If You have good yellowing of leaves like one above, its doing fine.
lowering temps in flower room will help ripen, unless you have more plants that are farther behind....then don't.
she will leach any available nutes left in older leaves. and the buds should swell some, you can tell by watch the hairs. they will look shorter than normal, that means bracts are swelling.
Now depending on what kinda high you want from her... stoney or racey?
The norm is there is usually about a week peak for harvesting. pick early...racey. pick later...stoney
Imo picking early doesn't let the plant fully ripen, that means all trichs, terpines and other compounds havn't peaked.
So I always go by..If it looks ready. go another week... then cut

As with the one above...looks a week or 2 away also, pic shows good even yellowing of large leaves, unless pic color is misleading. just plain watter...if you add any nutes at this time, you could trigger new growth and it will harder to flush.

Plants/grow looks great . you know one can get "nutrients" that increase "tic"/"terpene" develo0ment

So you think I should start my 2 week flush on the bigger girl there and chop her down as well. I may stagger them and wait an extra week or 2 between them both to feel the difference bc i would like to use this first grow to learn the difference between cutting down at the beginning and later on. The trichs are not amber at all bout half cloudy so ill be taking them down soon. Thanks for the assistance friend

Hehehe I pinch buds of my plants near chopping time. Dry it quick overnight...have a lil smoke. I just can't help it.

Staggering the harvest is a good idea, for the reason you stated. since they are near finishing I would start the flushing and no feeding.
You can also just take the main tops and allow the lower ones to finish a few more days or so.

harvest when 80% of the pistal's are brown/amber - you can use what you have - look into a 30x 60x's combo loupe (Grow Ace.com) If going by the "tic's" many harvest with 50% amber/ 50% milky - for the highest thc content harvest when the tic's are 100% milky/cloudy. harvesting is a personal thing for rectional use or medical use?

a loupe is necessary - one can one a scope that is for computer use (100x's) for about $65.00 dollars; one can really get down to seeing the "tic's" but they take time to master the use because of magification and your own hand movement (hand held 100x's scope)

Hi,
I have just done a 7 day flush on my auto and 24hrs of darkness. I don't believe the darkness made a difference at all and the flush is for my own peace of mind as I use organics for my grow.
If you want fat buds then you have to use a pk boost but it has to be at the right time. I have'nt read all your threads but less feed is more and more light is king.
Go easy on the water and don't feed bloom because you see a flower.

Plant Magic soil with Old timer grow and bloom.
No Need to flip light with autos, keep them on 16/8
Plants look good
Good luck Bruv

I agree with yoiu - but many feel tha a 24-72 hr darkness help promote bud growth and potency - In thinking abiut the darkness period many belive theta the plant feels that it is die-ing and then "pumps-out- the THC content. I do know if you want to shorten the flower time put plant in total darkness (24 hours) starting in week 4 of flower ( will shorten flower time about 1 week) every week till harvest week
