hey guys when I buy seeds should I be buying fem or just reg lots of my friends only pop fem but if your pheno hunting is it better to pop reg wont fem produce all the same phenos

I'm not a good person to answer this but I have a friend that does a lot of seeds and he claims feminized are more hermi prone. Not sure if there is any truth to that or just his opinion

what do you like better Gong ive only used fem but I did have hermie issues not sure if it was caused by stress or genetics I am new to growing
