For me it's the opposite because my job is active. I don't sit around all day.

I used to have a high metabolism until I hit about 35 I could eat anthing and not gain weight but the last couple years it's been creeping up on me. I used to run for fun but it's been a few years since I did any marathons

I put butter on rolls, potatoes, rice, basically just make butter and incorporate it into the meals im already eating.

Made some jailhouse potato bread cinnamon rolls when I was first learning how to use butter. Let's just say I have a couple bros that won't touch eddies anymore. One bro said he didn't know if he was gonna puke shit or pissed himself..lol. he ended up not doing any of those. He will only do gummies cause there easy to swallow with out tasting lol
