Yea you have to wait for the glue to "turn" it slightly starts to change color. Usually about 5-10minutes maybe longer since it is winter time. Make sure they are where you want them when you stick it. That glue is a fuckin mess I hate it. Mortar I just clean with a sponge and water. Glue just gets everywhere and is sticky.

$5 says you track it through your house atleast once on your foot ;)

Yea that's exactly what I was afraid of lol. They said it's easier, wtf this shit seems way harder! I'll stick to my mortar and tiles after this shit.

Should bet me more then $5 cause I bet I do too lol
