Respect the intensity. I cooked a lot of plants when I started using them. Some people seem to be able to slam them right away but I damn near killed plants with them. I'm still trying to figure them out but I've come a long way.

A decent lumen tester would be good u could quite easily work out the sweet spot for them I'm guna buy some maybe just start with 4 and see how it goes I'm all up for taking tips and hints from respectable sources :)
