You talked about making this in bulk I'm assuming for sale.

But there are people in the world that don't smoke cigarettes or nicoteine.
I am one of them.

Are there nicoteine free versions? Yes.

But they contain the pc or vg.

We need to find/create a better formula

I would be totally fine without adding anything to my oil.
Just am not sure if that is OK, or if the PG oil improves flow, gummed up, etc..

If so its just DryICE hash, then washed with everclear and stir and fill cartridges..?

Guess its time for some testing.. who wants to be a tester for me...? I don't smoke, so this will be a long process....

When i used to fill cartridges with oil.

The kind that worked best for me undiluted was honey oil.

If you were to add something natural to appease the masses to increase flowability.
Maybe something like lemon, orange, lime oil work?
I was reading that the limonene is used as a solvent.

This would allow you to thin down the product while retaining an all natural stance.
Along with some added taste/flavor/aroma.

I think you can buy a 1oz bottle online to experiment with too.

I meant to say it is a good resource to get you started.

They have perfected making more purified oils for use in pen cartridges.

So we know it is possible.

Its just a matter of figuring out how you could get closer to what they do.

They even discuss using limonene to increase flowability and to add flavor as well.

O Pen has a product that is pure. I believe it is a co2 extraction. Apparently 'the clear' can be used in vape carts as well, but I dont know how that is made.

Next week will be doing some vape test runs.

Going to do a Propylene Glycol, Vegtable Glycerin (30/70) with an 8:1 ratio of liquid to G of trim.

Will let you all know how it comes out.

Peg 400 up and shatter
2:1 peg to bho
Triple broiler, peg and shatter in shot glass
Heat to 120* in triple broiler for 25 mins or until well blended.
Let cool
Fill cart
Get medicated.

I've found using iso and etoh extracts will cause seperatation weeks down the road. Bho is the only extract I've found to hold and not seperate or gum up the coil.

The clear company spent 100s of thousands on equipment to make their cartridges. I got a buddy that just spent like 30k just for one piece of equipment that doesn't include the 10s of thousands he spent on ovens and extractors already. He has even paid 10 or 20k just to go take a class on how to make it professionally. So believe me if u wanna make it as good as the big producers get ready to spend some big bucks

Why spend 20k on a machine when our teks have been working great. Amazon sells the vape cart pens, batteries, and chargers for 10/100 + 10 shipping. I fill them and get 60.00 to 80.00 donations for each one. I've been thru probably 50 this past 2 months.

You can fill 5 ml syringe refills for refilling their cartos. Save money and aggravation.

Yeah I don't doubt u can put some dark liquid in cartridges and sell em but the market will switch to the clean super smooth shit like the big company's use. Look at the clear ig and then look what u put in ur pens and tell me if it is the same. For professional product u gotta spend big bucks especially if u wanna mass produced it

25g batch, 200ml oil, final, 140ML final oil. Batch #001/
Color, nice amber. Flavor & Power testing to come later.

pretty sure if someone was trying to sell me a clear e liquid dosed with THC I tell them to piss off! There's no way you are gonna get a clear e liquid that has meds in it no matter how much you spend on machinery or classes lol maybe I'm misunderstand what your saying !
