The green lotus plants we ran that didnt hermie, oh boy, they are a substantial upgrade on green crack. You know that blaze that if you let is go out, you spark it and its like its fresh, all the way to the butt that is cracking weed.

Funny you mention that, we did the dragon fruit, hermied, so brought the silver. I am just running a bunch of old shit now, cleaning out the nest for the new. I will plant up the SM bro and hook up for tips. I am new to coco and you seem to have a good grip on it
Im happy to help but i still feel like a coco noob myself, however its such a robust medium to work with it seems hard to fuck it up. There are some really amazing beasts in the SM i don't think u will be disappointed. I've got 2 more packs to work with.

i was actually surprised how often its stocked and why other people hadnt clocked it. Everyone goes for goji, but ssh is some of the best drugs i ever smoked, and the line up in SM is clearly a love match

Ach anyone who says cheese is shit weed is talkin out a hole in theyre arse.i know people are sick of it but for people who dont buyweed off the street and only smoke what they grow cheese is a damn fine and tastey smoke.
Bro I said dead not shit for someone who has never smoked it its guna be epic there's a reason it got so popular so quickly for so long I'm bored of the shit personally with all these new super strong strains seems a shame that the same people are still kicking out the same shit :)

I agree in principle dude, I dont stress my plants more than the biology I use does for me. I dont top bend, pinch or cut unless I absolutely need too.

Technically, the only reason a plant would grow a bigger root system, is to locate newer sources of food, air and water. If we provide everything our plants need, then the roots will spend less time hunting new sources and the system will cleave itself and regrow within a confined space, well demonstrated by solo cup growers.

The concept of root bound plants is little discussed in a true sense, its all anecdotal BS with very little actual science to learn what actually happens to a plant in a root bound condition. What we can say is that our plants often respond with traits that benefit humans when we apply moderate stress, as in the case of AAC1 production or ADH1 via yeasts. These biological modulations can insert gene code in to plant sequences from which we can benefit by raising the plants internal defense systems, thereby increasing oil production and trichome density, improving both the quality and shelf life of harvests.
Everything is about the use of energy, a plant will subvert energy to reduce stress, this will impact other systems related or not directly. What does your book say? Does it say root bound is bad because xyz systems are impacted? Or does it just say its bad in a general and no science way?

Most books are trash, knowledge moves faster than print. may be someone should do a proper study on how root bound plants are really impacted, perhaps we might learn something and stop guessing or personifying our crops and style with our own unfounded concerns
It's a fairly easy test to do take some cuttings and root bound them and take some others and don't and watch the growth difference

If you fancy working the stock I got here mate, shout me and I will post some bits. cant think, I know we have some lotus and zinger left, may be some goji beans too
same here man, thanks. Ive got the goji, going to get it back in my garden in 2 crops time when i do a 9 weeker run. I'm getting rid of my 3mx3m tent and buying 2 mammoth elite tents and putting 2 x 1000w gavitas in each, 1 will be for my 10 week strains that i love and the other will be for new strains and fucking around. If i have anything u want strain wise, seed wise let me know, ive handed out a fair few beans on here. Im thinking goji x g13hp might be for you?
