Are My Week Old Clones Flowering Already Under 18/6?

Hey Guys,
First post, I'm not exactly a first timer as I've tried growing over the years but each time was halted by the other person I was growing with.
I now have my own operation with 2 small tents for now, one 4x2x5 another smaller 18x30x36
I'm using the smaller to veg with 4 bulb 2 ft T5, strain is Ice cream clone from local SoCal dispensary. I bought these two clones literally one week ago last Wednesday, and I'm seeing what look like small calyxes forming, with tiny red hairs out of each, but I've only had these two for one week under 18/6 veg.
I'm going to upload as many pics as I'm allowed, but it's just strange to me the dispensary didn't say anything about an autoflower or anything so I'm just not sure what's happening.

Just female preflowers, totally normal for clones. You can keep vegging them and they wont flower or you can flip them and flower them now.

What about switching them to 24/7 cycle?
Should I not give them any dark period next few days?

U can veg 24 hrs if you want but imo since ur already doin 18/6 i say stick w it....
