Use everything but onions, garlic and fruits with alot of citric acid (lemmons, oranges, ...). Also mix coffee grounds in it (used) for high N. The sap that comes out can be used as fertiliser.

Im all about some composting. I use all my kitchen scraps too. I feed em to my worms and use the castings for tea. I believe the sap u speak of is called "leachate"

Yeah, i don't know what the sap is called but it works wonders on all the other plants we have. Forgot to mention I also add EWC in the mix to get those bennies going at breaking down those scraps.

When you decide to make sushi, don't discard the rice watter when washing the rice. It's a perfect base to make your own lacto bacillus. @jumpincactus put a thread up here somewhere on how it's done if I'm not mistaken

I've got a big fuck off compost bin at the bottom of.me garden I wouldn't use any of the juice of tho on me indoor plants it stinks of shit lol
