No, but I prefer organic whenever possible.

Keep in mind that the revegging process takes approximately 6 weeks total to grow out of once you observe the reduced number of lobes on the leaf.

No, I've used LED's, Metal Halide, and T5's, but never CFL's. I considered trying them at one point but, just never happened.

Isn't Triangle Kush another name for The White? My cut of The White never did that during veg, only when revegging.

I have only seen that when I had soil that was way too acidic, and at that time I was observing other weird problems as well, really bad lockouts and shit.

You know, I really don't know *why* root bound plants tend to go into flower, I only know that the smaller the container the more likely they are to go into flower, and when put in flower they will finish more quickly. I wish I had a definitive answer on why, but what I do when I see it is I get that girl repotted. If she's in the biggest size pot I can physically handle (3gals for me), then the green material on top gets whacked down hard, then I go at her roots and whack those down hard. I've take away as much as half the root material (sides & bottom) without causing a problem.

Any species of plant or animal has a strong motivation to reproduce. Doesn't it make sense that any condition that threatens to prevent that organism from completing its prime directive will respond with whatever adaptation that organism can effect to permit it to pass on its DNA? In this case, the plant senses that it's growing in an environment that is too restrictive to permit normal blooming without threatening the life of the plant before completing its task. So it responds by blooming prematurely, and fulfills its role. My comment here isn't based on my vast experience of cannabis observation, rather the drive for all species to reproduce regardless of the environment in which they find themselves. I've wondered how that premise might be applied to boosting trichome production during the last fews days before harvest. Input?

I always try to use that point of view when I think about trying something new. I assume the plant will respond any way it can to maximize its survival, and take an educated guess what the result might be, and whether I see it as a positive or a negative. Works for me.

I had a plant not too long ago go down on blade counts while under 18 hours of light, then when I put her back into flower she went back up in blade count. It was a strange plant.

There are also plants out there that are three bladed and stay that way. OrgnKid told me his preferred cut of BlackBerry Kush had 3 blades to it....and I have heard the same thing about a few OG cuts as well.

So NOT true. My Skywalker, which is definitely an OG....throws 5's all day long.

Thanks. I don't know the history of this plant. The problem there is that when I first grew this from bag seed (hence the ZIPLOCK name), it was producing 7 and 9. That was about 8 grows ago.
