I like to Joke myself. Do you know about fertilizers that make plants more potent or give bigger buds?

More potent?
I would start with uvb, that will give you more potent weed no problem. Run Uvb continuously from week 2 of flower to harvest.

Bigger buds?
Do you used humic acid in your medium? Through chelation it prevents nutrients reacting with each other while still giving the plant what it wants when it wants. The chelation prevents the release of ions which would cause a negative charge in your soil, leading to compaction in the latter stages of flower, or sooner. Avoiding the compaction makes more oxygen available to your rhizosphere. Meaning bigger buds.
