Yes man that's them your sure there harmless I think they are to because I found them inside my top soil and there all over the place and it's expensive soilMight be springtails? Do they look like this? If so, they are harmless. They are very small, like a very small ant.

Awesome bro thanks for the advice! Do you think I should buy some in all my pots?Anytime the rhizosphere is balanced and in check these lil buggers will be everywhere. They are very beneficial to your soil and usually found when organic matter is high in the soil.

Expensive means nothing, if the soil was ever stored outdoors, by the distributor or by the manufacturer then pests got in.
