Actually, i aint et any fastfood in 5yrs. Not taco bell or any o that shit. I came to the conclusion that I'd rather go hungry and wait till i get somewhere where i can eat good than eat poison.

Since you all are talking about food, I just got done with a book that has changed my perception and validated what I have always thought about the industrial food giants.

I recommend you get a copy and tell all your friends and family about it. Let them read it as well.

Author is Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Moss and the title is Salt, Sugar and Fat How the food giants hooked us.

You may very well thank me later. I really hope at least a few of you read it.
