not much i can do now lol
Yes there is there's lots tbh I let a room get out of hand I thought I switched the timer on to timer but didn't press it enough and the plants ended up getting another 2 week veg the canopy got well out of hand I lollipop the fuck out of em and forced lots of not strong wind but steady and even no problems what so ever other than the constant de foil another averaged 24oz per 600w from that run. 1 of pals done something similar and didn't take care of business and ended up with his full room rotten to the point your hand would just squash straight through the bud :)

Ordered 3 x Reg Mr Nice Critical Skunk tonight, I know with only 3 I risk not getting a female but Then I might get 3! :) Be happy with one if its as stable as Ive read their stuff is.....But hey, sure thats just Mr Nice's Patsys planting posts in other forums with his high stability rates. We'll see.....Anyone here got any experience with this strain?

So Im laid in bed on here with my ipad, and my veg cupboard light n fan did there usual timed switch off. Every time Im in bed awake when that happens it makes me jump in the same way a noise occuring in a dark silent room would make you jump! Cept its the wrong way round...Why does noisy to silent make me jump!

Morning, my contactor has gone wrong :( AND no Ninja it wasn't the relay I wired up lol it's was a store bought one I don't think my mate will let me have my spare one back lol so been reduced to manually flicking the lights but I think I shall wire another relay up to do it for me might as well make it a flip flop whilst I'm at it ;)

Also its generally advisable to have the light above the plants and not visa versa! :D

Hopefully this makes sense for you, the reflector is sideways and the plants are shaped into a curved L shape wall and the reflector is at 45°angle.

I found my relays Mancdanc they are these

but mine are 0-30mins I find the timers are not very accurate if you set it to 0 it still delays it about 30 seconds and set 15 mins and it's more like 18 mins before it turns on. They are consistent though if it's 18 mins today it's 18 mins every time. Guessing they're never calibrated the timer dials properly.

Ripping off bastards £30, but they are only 5amp resistive so no good for making a lighting relay from :( Good for adding a power on delay which is what they were made for lol.

The only ampage rating Im seeing in the specs says 3a......

Mine are 5amp they make these in different revisions BUT these are all resistive which means you cannot use them to switch lights! Regardless of the rating, lights are an Inductive load which is basically heavier.

You would use these to switch your contactor.

It's just to put between the contactors to stop the surge :)

I dont usually grow from reg seeds but as mentioned have got 3 from Mr Nice on the way.

I understand there are various points you could start sexing them as in grow them for a little then flip em 12/12 chuck out any males when showing then continue vegging.

I personally dont like using this method as have always been wary that going from veg to flower to veg then flower again may cause em to hermie. I have no idea if this is unfounded but am aware stress can cause hermies and I would have thought that by doing that you are stressing the plants.

I generally take a cut or two as soon as I can then start flowering the seeds fairly small and at this point get rid of the males and their clones.

I would generally next time around flower all the f clones having taken a cut or 3 off the clone that was from the best one of the seeds that flowered first time unless there is say 2 v diff phenos with their own keeper characteristics, but generally just one as I dont tend to keep tall phenos due to my growing area height.

Any input appreciated on how you chaps do this?

I just veg em as normal then chuck em into flower, as they start showing sex even if they are male you have plenty of time to pull em out the room/tent before they start releasing pollen etc

Thats my preferred method if I have enough space for chancers!

I've found this to be the best easiest with least amount of stress. Top tip bro don't mention hermies in this thread especially in the same sentence as a post man these fuckers get a little emotional :)

Which way do you prefer?
