Morning Pops and all on here.

@420 lyfePpP .....I have been watching "Street Outlaws" lately. Gets my blood boiling. I was a street outlaw years ago. Not at their level though. Would spend the whole night looking for a race. I spent the whole summer in 1970 and never saw the sun. Stayed up all night street racing. Cops knew me well but never caught me. They couldn't do anything unless they actually caught you in the act. I remember one night....cops showed up and I spent a few minutes talking with then while my buddy was under my car hooking the mufflers back up to the headers. Good times. Now those days are just a fart in the wind.

I've been beating my head against the wall for a while now trying to think of a new spot I'd be able to dry my weed. It finally hit my stoner ass that I could get a good size box and make a drying cabinet that I could put in a different room and then fold it up and tuck it away afterwards. I don't grow a lot and I always make sure things are staggered a bit so, there's no reason something like that couldn't work. :facepalm:

I ended up finding this online at Lowe's after my youngest son told me they sold boxes and my wife went up and picked a couple up for me, I'll probably only need one but, I'll have a spare I guess. I've been hanging branches on wire coat hangers to dry anyway, now I can do the same thing and then hang them in the box.


It's actually a bit bulkier than what I had in mind originally but, at least I can dry my weed in a much cooler room, hope to add at least a couple days to my drying time, 4 would be good. It's been drying much too quick and nothing I do seems to make a difference, I'm thinking getting into a cooler room is the missing ingredient. :shifty:

Hell yea Poppa! That's how I used to dry a couple years ago and then I had a couple computer fans moving air in and out to exchange it. Now I built a box off to the side of veg and its controlled by a thermostat and hygrometer.

Wasn't your bud drying in like 5 days? I think that's what it was. 75-77 and what was your humidity? Maybe I'm not remembering right lol

Well it was the summer of 1970 as you mentioned in your post above so, 46 of them. When I saw you talking about that I was automatically intrigued, given the times, I'm always interested in what the older generations were doing in the summer of '70.

Forgot to mention yesterday, my three Dream Beaver cuts all look like little bud sticks sticking out of the soil, which looks funny, and yesterday when I checked on things I found that one of them had some new vegetative growth coming out of the top of it's bud. Very happy to see that, now I can stop worrying about getting a clone of that one.
It was pretty damn stupid of me to decide to let that one fly without taking cuts anyway, I know better than that shit. Luckily, it seems things worked out for me and I'll still have a cut, now if I actually end up wanting to keep it after I try it. lol
Off to the shower.

What is dream beaver Poppa? I remember you taking about her but don't think I've ever heard of it.

It's a Bodhi strain, @G gnome ran a bunch of them and kept this cut and sent me one and like a big, fat dick I almost let it pass before I even tried it. Luckily, I managed to get at least one cut to reveg for me.
I just sampled a small bud from it and I think I'm glad I did save it. The plant has a nice structure, nice, dense buds and an awesome aroma, now I can add nice flavor to the list. I'm thinking she's gonna be a keeper after all.
I also forgot to mention the other day that I took the Dream Beaver too, she was looking ready so, I figured I'd try it out at this stage, she was just 8 weeks.

Nice I love bodhi, I've got a blue Tara going now and just popped some of his black triangle and niburu.
