So as I have found out even though I'm a card holding mmp my landlord can tell me I can not grow my meds for myself. I feel that this is ridiculous......
What to do what to do
As mmp and mmc what do u guys do ask or just grow and hopefully they don't want to come in the the apt. Are there any landlords that anyone knows of that are ok with people growing meds on there property? Any help would be vary appreciated I can not keep going to the compassion centers for my meds do to the cost thank you very much

The land lord owns the property and as sad as it sounds there are a ton of growers who mess up rentals growing and the landlord is responsible. Your options are grow super stealth and respect the owners property or find a more friendly landlord who doesn't care

If you are talking about growing melds inside the rental, then you will need to alter the premises with up graded wiring. You will need to vent out the humidity and heat. You need to not only bring water to the source, but you have to provide enough water to create a run off in order to leach the salts. So you have to create a drainage system. Undrained water will create mold and other problems.
Without reading your potential rental agreement, I assure you there are clauses that state you will not alter the lectrical, cut holes or make other changes to the premise.
Indoor rental growers typically leave huge problems the landlord has to deal with.
Hope this helps you understand what you are up against. Perhaps a place with a suitable outdoor garden space?

None of this is true at all. You don't need to do any altering or upgrading of wiring, or anything. He is talking a 5x5 tent, you don't need a water source for that, just jugs. I have run similar set ups before in rentals stealthily , and if you are not a complete muppet, you can pull it off without changing anything or even leaving any evidence of a grow. The only problem is landlord access

just take all precautions to not screw up his house/apt.........plastic on floors at the least, good ventilation out a window or other source, fire extinguisher.....................he may get pissed n throw u out if found, but seeing you took "every" precaution might make a difference.
i had a landlord catch me in a house, he told me i was the best tenant he ever had (always paid cash couple days early on rent) and would like to keep it that way. when i moved the house was in better shape then when i moved in. i got all my back from him too.

ps: i was not in a legal state.

I'm legal and stay under my counts and am the same way do all kinds of work to the yard and house never see him or talk to him Window got broken told him and put in the new one so he did not have to come all the down here. I'm going to do my run and if he wants to kick me out I will just move fuck it or keep him tied up with Cort shit

Also , in this day and age, depending on the landlord, you can share some bud, and that will eliminate all issues. This approach requires some tact , can't just chuck a weed bribe out there...

Obviously the landlords heard all the horror stories of hobby growers burning down houses with indoor grows.

Best advice I can offer is DONT grow in an apt. period. You have no rights or security growing in a multi family dwelling. You might get lucky once or twice and it's been done, but is that a chance your willing to take.?

Does your state allow personal grows??? And even if they do your landlord has final say as he is the property owner.

Do some networking homie, I am from RI , don't live there anymore, but meet some growers , and see what you can come up with. Where are you living or want to? Lots of growers in Newport , Middletown area. I'm sure in Providence too

My folks live in Exeter near the CT border, that would be a great area, tons of woods, no neighbors , usually absentee landlords , and Exeter does not even have an official police force
