Throw them in an ice chest (no ice). You can also mail them too yourself.. or so i have been told hahaha!!!

Not really sure at this moment to be completely honest. I can tell you its not going to be more than a hour or two.

Would the Styrofoam ones suffice or shall I need the plastic chest?

Anything that protects them from drying out and being crushed is perfect. If only an hour or two, even a cardboard box will suffice. If odor is an issue then put them into a plastic bag (like a black contractors bag) before boxing, then seal all edges/openings with tape. Tossing in a fabric scent sheet thingy can also help mask the odor. Using a styro cooler you can just seal those edges, ought to work just fine.

They will be fine I had a pal drive way further with a clone in a solo with water and that's is the little plant stayed alive in my window for over a month
