I think it was 60 or 70 cant actually remember. I was going to get one of those IWS timers u mentioned but my pal in the shop said they are really unreliable and he stopped selling IWS systems because those timers would break.

Ecotechnics sell a super reliable timer you could use to replace IWS timer or at a push you can get a usb relay and rapsberry pi to control the system that would be uber reliable.

Personally I wouldn't do IWS and would roll with aquafarm's they're excellent, grow massive plants and are essentially a small MPB. They are also cheap!

Or consider an UC system or pebble recirc.

Pebble recirc is good as you just leave the drippers on 24/7 so no timer issues. But of course you need to raise the pots to get the drainage for recirculation a double bucket system works well.

I'm fine I just wanted the timer. I'm happy with my coco recirc

Nice ribeye

What happened there?:)

I always transplant the day i flip

Damaged some roots at transplant, stunted her for atleast a week.

Set her free, she was between other 5 plants so she didn't need any support, now that I took her out and untied her, some branches wouldn't hold the weight.

Do u ever clean your plants bro the tops of them pots are a disgrace lol

Disgrace in what way? Because I leave the foliage on top of the soil for the last two weeks to start decomposing which will be later mixed in the soil anyways? Dead leaves won't hurt anything except there will grow some beneficial funghi. It's called recycling the organic matter. Also my H. Miles need to feed off something to keep the population for the next run.

Yeah there are 2 prices - I got the cheaper one without a built in timer because I have a load of grasslins and I guess u do too. I haven't got a link, just bought it from my pals shop. He said when the IWS systems came out they were very good but like a lot of hydro products they started manufacturing in China and he had loads of returns and conplaints all revving around their timer unit.

I piss on my compost heap and dig horse shit into it which is what my granddad told me to do ;)
If you wanna do what the farmers do, simply take a dump in it as well as what they now spread on their fields contains human shite. It certainly doesnt smell like the ol days of cow dung fertilizer, nowadays it simply stinks of shit. Its very similar when you drive past a freshly spread field to using the bathroom after your dad when your 8 yrs old where you're also hit with that wall of several degrees warmer air too but times about 10'000! :puke:

To be fair imo its not good practice to leave ur dead leaves in the pot like that. Im all about usin compost but i think there are better ways o doin it...especially if ur dealin w bugs....all that does is attract pests. Its not benefitting the plants that have the leaves on their pots cuz it hasn't had time to break it down into something usable yet. BUT for the record i am all about cannibal cannabis hahah

That imo would be the more benificial way to do it . Dead decaying thongs around the groom imo can only lead to trouble
