@gravekat303 I got bugs at sometime while they were out of the indoor space. So I'm spraying every 6 days trying to kill them . Im thinking thrips. Ive seen them but haven't scoped them.i got like gold spots all over the leafs. Yellow looking bugs.

My veg had it too,so I cloned and dipped them in the Spinosad.
So I'm about to pull everything out and scrub down already. Flower is in week 2 to 3 so I can still spray.
As soon as the bugs are wiped out I will be germinating some CBDs.

Ok I'm will post pic in morning when I spray at lights out.
Good luck on getting in shape. I think just staying busy / in motion usually does good , but tone body needs to be workout.
What size room for 8 lights ?

I think that is the stuff I'm using to get rid of spider mites.. is soybean oil extract and isopropyl alcohol 2 of the few ingredients? That's what mine is..
