Hey everyone I'm in the process of getting a new home built with a devoted 9x11 grow room. The set up will be a 4 site rdwc with a control res and SCROG. My lighting will be four 600 watt aircooled on independent lines. The space will also have a mini split, a dehumidifier and co2 generator. My questions are question 1 should I set my 4 lights up on two separate exhaust for ease of air flow?
Question 2 What size of mini split should I use taking in consideration on the co2 generator? Question 3 how many separate lines should i run to the room for 3 vortex fans, mini split? I already know I'm running a 240 line for the 4 lights.

Thanks

If I was you I'd go air tight and run c02. I have same size room and run 1 gavita 1000. It's air tight and I run split system 2.5 tons. I don't run o2 generator just 50 pound bottle. I've pulled 4 pounds out on one harvest with one gavita. With your set up I'd go with a 3 ton split you never know you might want to jump up in lighting in the future.

Great point guys upon further research I have decided to go with four 600 watt gavitas in a sealed room.

Why use air cooled lights if u have a mini split? Use bottled co2 much safer if growing in your home plus your plants will prefer it too. Lots of home insurance companies won't cover you if you have a grow -legit, built to code or not. Maybe not where you're from pricks wouldn't let me do it:(. Good luck:D
Wentworth I was worried that i would be going through bottles of co2 to fast. Are co2 gens dangerous or something? How long does a 50 lb bottle of co2 last?

CO2 generators are just non vented burners... the bi product of the burning flame is co2.
That open flame is the part that could be dangerous. Bottled co2 is much safer due to the fact that you're not "burning" anything ...
There are many factors to figure into how long a bottle will last.. But it should last a month or so. Depending on those factors...
Hope this helps.
