yeah no doubt we will need hands buddy if not £. I am thinking of setting up a small ag school on some of he land, hopefully get cheaper labour for the exchange of skills and knowledge, bed and board type of thing, like a WooF type thing. In my opinion, they need to seriously think about what is happening to the land there. The deforestation of birch and thereafter, intensive non rotated crop production has left the land highly unstable and susceptible to all the problems they are and will continue to have, unless they change some practices. Christ, even a filter on the water would help :)
